You don't have to place a bet to experience the thrill of picking a winner, but it does tend to increase
your involvement. The choice is yours.
How does it Work?
Horse owners, trainers, and drivers race horses for the purse (prize money). Fans bet for the thrill and
reward of winning. At Rideau Carleton Raceway we have hundreds of winners every fifteen minutes.
Approximately 75% of all money wagered is paid back to the bettors - divided by the tote board computer
into win, place, show, exactor, triactor and superfecta payoffs. With these kinds of odds it's a sure bet
you'll have a great night.
